Its 4:30 PM and Greg is on track!
I expect him back from the run in little over an hour!
He is past the half way mark in the marathon.
He looked great after the bike on his way to tackle that 26.2 miles!

Congratulations Greg - You did it ... Again!! Two Ironman contests in such a short time - and successful in both! My hat is off to you Sir for your dedication, perseverance and drive. My hat is also off to your partner in crime - Marci - who has watched from the sidelines this race and kept us all abreast of your progress. As you said - now off to vacation and some time spent with this wonderful woman who has been such an encouragement to you!
